LOOKING TO MAKE DENIMS?
I’ve worked with many different clients to create jeans or open a denim program for their brands. Get in touch with me and let’s see what we can do for you!
DENIM VECTOR SKETCHES & TECHPACKS
Below are some 2D vector sketches I’ve made for clients showing a variety of design details as well as different washing and distressing elements. Denim techpacks take longer to make because there are so many little details and you really have to have a deep understanding off sewing and construction. That’s why there are designers that focus solely on denim while others focus on outerwear only.
Example tears from a denim techpack I’ve done.

DENIM WASHING & TECHNIQUES YOU NEED TO KNOW
DRY PROCESS
The washing and distressing process where the garments are kept dry, and little to no water is needed. Ask your denim vendor if they’re able to do some of these dry process techniques:
Whiskering, tacking, crosshatching, grinding, sanding, handbrushing, laser, resin wash, PP spray, bleach, spotting, 3D wrinkling, pressing crinkle, stone wash and sandblasting.
WET PROCESS
As the name suggests, wet process is when water is needed to execute the washing techniques:
Bleaching, acid wash (marbling), pigment dye, cloud wash, ice wash, dip dye, enzyme wash, rinse, overdye, super white wash, antique wash, reactive dye and caustic wash.
